UNDP Chief Jets in to access Zimbabwe readiness to hold elections

THE United Nations Development Programmes Administrator, Achim Steiner, arrived in Harare Thursday afternoon to assess Zimbabwe’s state of preparedness to hold free, fair and credible make or break 2018 general elections expected in less than five months’ time. MDC-T youth ratchet Parly, council seats pressure

MDC-T youths are ratcheting up pressure to dominate parliamentary and local government seats ahead of this year’s elections amid revelations that they are determined to fight under-representation and complement their youthful presidential candidate, Nelson Chamisa.
