Netone Refunds 180 000 Customers Missing One Fusion Data

Giant government owned mobile phone service provider Netone has refunded over 180 000 subscribers data bundles that allegedly disappeared from their mobile phones unused. The refunds follow a Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Potraz) directive to NetOne ordering the mobile network operator to refund subscriber’s funds which “disappeared” when using OneFusion in January and February this year. The authority had reported that it had received numerous complaints from subscribers and decided to take action.
